On 28 May, the Chief Dental Officer for England announced the next steps that were being put in place in order to start to reopen dental services across the country from the 8th June.
The team at Leek Dental Centre have been working very hard to try and get the practice ready to start seeing patients again. We take the safety of our patients and staff very seriously and this is a priority for us.
We are working hard to ensure that those who need dental care most can receive it. This means that we may not be able to offer routine examinations and other non-urgent care for some time.
The practice will re-open on the 8th June for pre-booked emergency appointments only. Our first priority will be to see and treat those with urgent and emergency dental needs. You will be triaged and assessed by one of our clinicians in the first instance. Please don’t attend in person without an appointment.
If you are in pain or in need of support and help or advice, please contact us in the usual way on 01538 371003.
Your family dentist in Leek
Leek Dental Centre is a modern and friendly dental practice offering NHS and private dentistry. We offer NHS dentistry to maintain your oral health and function, but you will always have the option to elect private treatments not available on the NHS. These are usually cosmetic treatments which are not routinely available on the NHS.
Our professional and friendly staff will make sure your visit is as comfortable and pleasant as possible. We are always at hand to discuss your concerns, and make sure we have discussed all of the options available to you to make sure we tailor the right treatment to your individual needs.
